Norton City Council Tuesday honored 13 employees for reaching milestone years in working for the city.They included:• 30 years: Fred Ramey, Lonnie Williams.• 25 years: Jonathan Carter.• 20 years: Tim Couch.• 15 years: Andrew Greear.• 10 years: Pam Boggs, David Mullins, Mike Rhoades, Rhonda Robbins, Ann Minor, Bill Glines, Kristy Wells, Jason McConnell.
