Two redistricting proposals are similar

This map shows the first plan to redraw the county’s four election districts that was proposed a few weeks ago. Meeting last week, county supervisors discussed a plan that would vary slightly from this one: most of the Guest River precinct would stay in District One, while parts of Guest River and a small part of the Clinch Valley precinct would stay in District Four.
