Missing woman’s family hopes for closure

Garnet O'Quinn's family members placed these flowers in her honor in the grassy lot in Clinchco where she was found nearly beaten to death in the fall of 2009. They hope to find out soon whether the skeletal remains found near the Breaks belong to her.
