Flash flood clean-up underway in Wise

Waters rose quickly as rain dumped on the town of Wise Monday, then receded quickly when sunnier skies prevail. Town officials say there wasn’t a problem with town drainage structures — the water was simply too much for them to handle. TONY BATES PHOTO.
