The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant on the ground that the parties have lived separate and apart without any cohabitation and without interruption for a period in excess of one year.

An affidavit having been filed that the last known address of Mary Rebecca Osborne, the defendant, was 5825 Hale Gap Road, Pound, Virginia 24279, Virginia 24226, that due diligence has been used by or on behalf of the Plaintiff to locate the defendant for proper and legal service of this action, without effect, it is ORDERED that defendant, Mary Rebecca Osborne, appear before this Court on July 20, 2023 at 9:00 am and protect her interests.

It is ORDERED that the two foregoing paragraphs be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Coalfield Progress, a newspaper published in the County of Wise, Virginia, and having general circulation therein.
