The object of this suit is to obtain a final decree of divorce dissolving the marriage between the plaintiff and the defendant and adjudicating the property rights between the parties hereto.

An Affidavit having been made and signed that the whereabouts of the defendant, Donald Bruce Fritz, Jr., are unknown, that his last known address is unknown, and that there is no current address or information available indicating his whereabouts, it is hereby ORDERED that Donald Bruce Fritz, Jr., appear on or before August 23, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. and do whatever is necessary to protect his interest.

It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication shall be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Coalfield Progress, a newspaper of general circulation in Wise County, Virginia.
