Hilary Lynn Chandler Ketron, 42, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Monday April 5, 2021.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Denise Chandler; paternal and maternal grandparents, Pete and Opal Chandler and O’Hara and Leona Kennedy; aunt Linda Hawkins; uncle Mac Scott; aunt Debra Collier; uncle Jeff Chandler; cousin Clint Hawkins III.

She is survived by her father, Larry Chandler; brother Steve (Don) Chandler; aunt Renee Scott; uncle Rob Kennedy; cousin John (Destany) Scott and baby to be Noah Scott; cousin Jason (Julie) Scott and their children, Chase and Carly Scott; special cousin Pam Mullins; her faithful companion Charlee and a host of other cousins and family members.

Hilary was the most wonderful daughter, sister, niece, granddaughter, & cousin. She loved her family with an unreal love, caring, giving and patience she was full of laughter and joy and a gentle spirit. She was our angel a beautiful light and our inspiration.

Hilary loved the Lord. Her Christian faith was an essential part of her life. She was greeted in Heaven by her loving mother Denise and adored Panda.

She was loved by many and especially close with her tight knit group of friends who were lucky enough to experience just how especially funny she was and how much she loved to laugh and how deep her love could be. The relationship she had with her friends was unlike any other. She was as generous in death as she was in life. She was an organ donor and there her continued kindness she was able to save the lives of four people. Hilary shared a special bond with her daddy who was as devoted to her as she was to him. He was by her side constantly during her last weeks of life and was her greatest strength. She will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved her. Her time with us was too short.

A celebration of life was held Monday April 12, the family will received friends from 12 to 1 p.m. where a celebration of life will begin at 1 p.m. in the Estes Funeral Home chapel with a burial to follow at Rugsby-Kennedy Cemetery on Caney Ridge. Clergyman David Rose officiated.

Pallbearers were family and friends.
