In execution of that certain Credit Line Deed of Trust dated November 15, 2013 and recorded in the Circuit Court Clerk's Office of Wise County, Virginia as Instrument Number 201303423, and by virtue of the authority vested in the undersigned Substitute Trustee, any one of whom may act, by said Deed of Trust, and the Deed of Appointment of Substitute Trustee recorded in the Circuit Court Clerk's Office of Wise County, Virginia as Instrument Number 201905458, default having been made in the terms of the Note secured by the Deed of Trust, and having been requested to do so by the Holder of the Note, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction the following property as described in said Deed of Trust:

All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the Gladeville Magisterial District of Wise County, Virginia and which is more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
BEGINNING on a stake on hillside in old survey; thence N 3-32 W 116.90 feet to an iron pin on point; thence N 64-48 E 105.23 feet to a stake on edge of point; thence N 68-16 E 97.77 feet to a stake on hillside; thence N 79 01 E 105.05 feet to an iron pin in hollow; thence uphill S 42 49 E 249.21 feet to an iron pin on edge of county Road No. 636, 6.78 feet east of double Maple; thence S 64 28 W 323.45 feet to an iron pin in center of dozed road near house; thence N 50 58 W 72.36 feet to a stake on mound; thence N 60 17 W 118.90 feet to the point of BEGINNING, containing 2.060 acres more or less.

TIME OF SALE: 10:30 A.M.
TERMS OF SALE: CASH. A deposit of 10% in cash or by check will be required of the successful bidder at the time of the sale and settlement in full shall be made within fifteen (15) days from date of sale at the office of said Substitute Trustee. The Substitute Trustee may change the terms of sale on the Date of Sale. The successful bidder will also be required to sign a Memorandum of a Foreclosure Sale.
