The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Wise, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Wise, Virginia, described as follows:

Tax Map No. 061C () 223

Account No. 015246

All that certain lot or parcel of land, with any improvement thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being situate in the village of Imboden, Wise County, Virginia and more particularly described as follows:

House and Lot 223, Beginning at the front center of a double coal house, said point having Stonega Coke and Coal Company coordinates N 20300.31 E 47603.66, thence N 62-31 W 58.39' to a fence post; thence N 0-11 E 63.45' to a fence post; thence N 50-13 E 33.74' to a fence post; thence S 23-50 E 63.51' to the point of beginning, containing .061 acres, more or less.

Being the same property conveyed to Harvey L. Flanary and Carol Flanary, his wife, from The Virginia Coal and Iron Company by Deed dated June 4, 1964 and recorded June 13, 1964 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Wise County, Virginia in Deed Book 381 at Page 741.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 381 at Page 741.

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Harvey L. Flanary, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Carol Flanary, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Ronald Dennis Flanary, whose last known address is 288 Skyview Road, Big Stone Gap, Virginia 24219-8111; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before January 3, 2020 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Wise, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
