THERE IS FURTHER CONVEYED HEREIN THAT CERTAIN NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT OF RIGHT-OF-WAY 20 FEET IN WIDTH ACQUIRED BY CHESTER HOLBROOK AND JAMIE HOLBROOK IN DEED BOOK 775, PAGE 50. Tax ID: 036374.
