The above-styled suit is for termination of parental rights of the mother and father of a child known as Kayley Lane.

And, it appearing by affidavit filed according to law that the identity of the father of Kayley Lane is Teddy Lane and the location of the father of Kayley Lane is unknown, and that the identity of the mother of Kayley Lane is Amada Lane and the location of the mother of Kayley Lane is unknown, it is therefore ORDERED that Teddy Lane, father of Kayley Lane, and Amanda Lane, the mother of Kayley Lane, or any one else with an interest in the termination of parental rights of Kayley Lane appear on or before the 19th day of June, 2013 in the Clerk’s Office of this Court and do what is necessary to protect his/her interests.

And, it is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in The Dickenson Star, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Dickenson; and that a copy of this order be posted at the front door of the Courthouse wherein this Court is held.

A & G Coal Corporation of P.O. Box 1010, Wise, Virginia 24293 is applying to the Virginia Division of Mined land Reclamation for a Revision to change the post mining land uses to industrial on 1.47 acres, residential on 5.1 acres, and unmanaged forest on 49.67 acres for PERMIT No. 1101669. The permit is located in Clintwood, Virginia on the Clintwood USGS quadrangle, at coordinates N 3604134.7966 and E 10325314.5740.

Drainage and waste water resulting from the permitted operation are discharged into Holly Creek. There is only one pond remaining on the permit area.

A copy of the application materials is available for public inspection and comment at the Dickenson County Courthouse. A copy of the draft NPDES permit and fact sheet are available for public inspection and comment at the Division’s Big Stone Gap office. Any person whose interests are or may be adversely affected by the proposed revision, or an Officer, or Head of any Federal, State, or local government agency or authority may within 30 days of May 29, 2013 submit written comments or objections to the Division of Mined Land Reclamation concerning the proposed revision; and may also request, in writing, that the Division hold an Informal Conference concerning the application. A request for an informal conference shall follow the requirements of 4 VAC 25-130-773.13c of the Virginia Coal Surface Mining Reclamation Regulations.

Dickenson-Russell Coal Company, LLC is applying for phase 3 bond release of Increment 1 on Permit No. 1201841 located in Dickenson County 0.4 miles south of Carrie on Fryingpan Creek. This permit consists of 85.39 acres which are bonded for $111,900.00 in the form of ( insurance surety). As provided by §§4 VAC 25-130-800.40 and 4 VAC 25-130-801.17 of the Virginia Coal Surface Mining Reclamation Regulations, the Applicant is requesting a [Specify Phase of release requested as shown] Phase III final bond release of $10,000.00 on increment number(s) 1, consisting of 61.03 acres.

This bond release request is based on completion of (5+) full growing season(s) and the following reclamation:

Types of Reclamation Work Performed – Reclaimed, vegetated, & trees planted.

Appropriate Date(s) of Reclamation Work Performed – 1/95, 12/04, 3/08.

Description of Reclamation Results Achieved – Site is well vegetated, excellent trees development.

Description of the Post-Mining Land Use – Unmanaged Forest.

Any person with a valid legal interest which might be adversely affected by this proposal; or an officer or head of any federal, state or local government agency or authority may within 30 days after (May 29th, 2013) submit written comments or objections concerning this bond reduction, and may also request, in writing, that the Division of Mined Land Reclamation hold a public hearing or an informal conference.
