The suit is for the purpose of seeking judgment against the heirs of Wanda Lenore Henson pursuant to § 64.1-185 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended.

An affidavit having been made that Wilma Jean Kendrick and Linda Marissas are non-residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and that their last known addresses are as indicated above; and that there may be other unknown heirs, devisees, and successors in interest of Wanda Lenore Henson and other deceased persons who are listed above, who may have an interest in the Estate of Wanda Lenore Henson, and that their names, whereabouts, and addresses, if any, are unknown, it is hereby ordered that such persons appear on or before the 30th day of April, 2013, and take such steps as may be necessary to protect their interests in this suit.

And, it is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in The Dickenson Star, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Dickenson and that a copy of this order be posted at the front door of the Courthouse wherein this Court is held.

All that certain piece or parcel of land, situate in the Willis Magisterial District of Dickenson County, Virginia, on what is known as Smith Ridge, and described as follows:

Paramont Coal Company Virginia, LLC of 5703 Crutchfield Drive, Norton, VA 24273 is applying to the Virginia Division of Mined Land Reclamation for a Renewal of Permit No. 1801860, in order to continue the operations at the following location. The site is 7.66 acres located in Dickenson County, 5 miles NE of Coeburn, VA off Rt.# 652. It appears on the Coeburn 7.5 USGS Quadrangle at Latitude 36˚ 59' 24", Longitude 82˚ 23' 57".

Drainage and waste water resulting from the permitted operation will be discharged as follows:

Any person whose interests are or may be adversely affected by the Renewal application, or an officer, or head of any federal, state, or local government agency or authority may within 30 days of March 13, 2013 submit written comments or objections to the Division of Mined Land Reclamation concerning the renewal application; and may also request, in writing, that the Division hold an Informal Conference concerning the application. A request for an informal conference shall follow the requirements of 4 VAC 25-130-773.13c of the Virginia Coal Surface Mining Reclamation Regulations.

Paramont Coal Company Virginia, LLC of 5703 Crutchfield Dr., Norton, Virginia 24273 is applying to the Virginia Division of Mined Land Reclamation for a revision to change the post-mining land use on part of the permit from unmanaged forestry to commercial. The site (Deep Mine No. 25) is located on Rt. 83 near Baden approx. 3 miles southwest of Clintwood on Georges Fork within the Jenkins East USGS quadrangle.

A copy of the application materials is available for public inspection and comment at the Dickenson County Building Inspector’s Office in Clintwood. Any person whose interests are or may be adversely affected by the proposed revision, or an officer, or head of any federal, state, or local government agency or authority may within 30 days of March 13, 2013 submit written comments or objections to the Division of Mined Land Reclamation concerning the proposed revision, and may also request, in writing, that the Division hold an informal conference concerning the application. A request for an informal conference shall follow the requirements of 4VAC25-130-773.13c of the Virginia Coal Surface Mining Reclamation Regulations.
