CLINTWOOD — A key witness in a trial that began in circuit court last week told police she informed them about illegal drugs being transported into the county to stop a murder plot. But attorneys defending the three men accused of multiple drug and firearms charges in the case — one a local resident and the others from out of state — questioned the woman’s credibility, claiming she is an admitted drug addict.
