COEBURN — Even after following town council’s direction to look for additional spending cuts, Town Manager Drew Mullins’ most recent draft of the 2015-16 municipal budget added about $11,000 of costs. That’s because the small cuts Mullins found here and there were more than matched by adding costs for operating the swimming pool. His first budget draft was based on keeping the pool closed, but council asked him to put the numbers back in.
