Big Stone Gap police and Wise County sheriff’s deputies corralled a Sullivan County, Tenn. man wanted on multiple charges last Friday afternoon. Police arrested Kairi Thompson, 20, of 941 Maple St., Kingsport, Tenn., at a 4th Avenue E. house in Big Stone Gap about 4 p.m. Friday. Thompson surrendered without any problem, Big Stone Gap Police Detective William “Turk” Hollinger said. The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office was seeking Thompson in connection with a Kingsport robbery.
