Not any time soon, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation. Estes Brothers Construction Inc. is replacing this deteriorating bridge on the western end of downtown Coeburn that connects to a three-way intersection. Last month, traffic began to be detoured to Tate Street NE and Laurel Avenue. The work is set for completion in August 2017.
