A special grand jury indicted former Clinchco resident Joe Fuller Monday for the murder of Barbara Garnette O’Quinn, who has been missing since March 2010. Fuller, who is currently in prison on drug charges, was also previously indicted for malicious wounding for the beating of O’Quinn in September 2009. His trial for the malicious wounding charge is pending. Skeletal remains later identified as O’Quinn’s were found a year and one day after she was reported missing by her family.
