Big Stone Gap pulls out the stops for the Fourth of July holiday with a weeklong celebration culminating in Saturday’s Bullitt Park concert and fireworks. Tyler Hughes and Folk Soul Revival will entertain at Bullitt Park leading up to the popular fireworks show. Hughes opens Saturday’s concert at 7 p.m. with an emphasis on old-time music, followed by Folk Soul Revival’s Americana and folk-tinged show. Folk Soul Revival, a veteran of festivals such as Bristol Rhythm and Roots and Floydfest, has built a devoted fan base after getting its start at the University of Virginia’s College at Wise. ...
