HAYSI — An old theater building was among nine buildings that received a recent façade update during the second phase of a downtown revitalization project. Haysi acquired the building in 2013, during Phase I of the project, which also included planning, engineering and implementation of a revolving loan pool. Among renovations to the theater building under the façade program were cleaning the brick and installation of new windows, awnings and lighting.
