Old Dominion Power spokesman Cliff Feltham reports this morning that ODP crews have restored power to many customers overnight. Yesterday afternoon, 10,340 Wise County customers were without power. As of 8 a.m., 8,270 customers were still in the dark.

“We’re making progress,” Feltham said in an early Tuesday morning status report.
