Box 3499, Wise, Virginia 24293 is applying for Renewal to Permit Number 1101824/NPDES Permit Number 0081824, located approximately 1.7 miles West of Inman on Looney Creek. This permit consists of 126.40 acres and can be found on the Appalachia, Virginia USGS quadrangle at Latitude 36.909024 and Longitude -82.837898.

A copy of the application materials is available for public inspection and comment at the Wise County Courthouse in Wise, VA. A copy of the draft NPDES permit and fact sheet are available for public inspection and comment at the Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy in Big Stone Gap, Virginia.
