WISE — The University of Virginia's College at Wise officially recognized Donna Price Henry as its eighth chancellor during an inauguration ceremony Tuesday. Surrounded by husband Allen and daughters Jessie and Margaret, Henry took the ceremonial oath, promising to serve her new community well. And though hers was the only voice that echoed through the convocation center, Henry might as well have been speaking alongside the entire college.
